Screen Printing
Screen printing is a popular and versatile method for customizing t-shirts and other apparel with vibrant, long-lasting designs. This process involves using screens to transfer ink onto fabric, creating a durable and high-quality print.
Screen printing is suitable for a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and even some specialty fabrics. This versatility makes it a popular choice for customizing various types of apparel, from t-shirts and hoodies to tote bags and more.
One of your considerations when considering screen printed apparel is whether you want 1-, 2-, 3- or full-color, where more colors cost more than fewer colors.
When it comes to the design you want on your apparel, you can either up 1 or more files (multi-color jobs will require uploading separate layers for each color), or we can help with the design and creation of individual color plates.
After printing your order and curing the ink for durability and color fastness, we perform a variety of quality control steps to ensure your colors are accurate, the registration of the various colors are precise (clearly no a concern for 1-color screen printing), and the overall print quality meets industry standards.
Bulk Production
Screen printing is also particularly well suited to bulk production because once the screens have been created they can be used for repeated large quantity runs.
