can you enlarge or reduce the size of my artwork?
Depending upon the file format provided we may be able to enlarge or reduce the size of your artwork without any loss in quality. In the event that we cannot, we will request a different file format or higher resolution file.
Are design charges applied to every order?
Not necessarily. If you art file does not need to be altered prior to printing or embroidery then there is no additional charge.
Will I see a proof of my design prior to printing?
Absolutely! You will be asked to approve the final proof prior to your item being printed or embroidered.
Can you ship my printed items?
Yes! We ship all over the United States. Shipping charges will apply.
do you install the vinyl wraps or vinyl signs?
No. We do not install vehicle wraps. However, we do print and install vehicle lettering.
how long will my order take to be completed?
While our average turn around time is 10 days, there are exceptions. We will inform you if production is expected to take longer. Expedited production is available for an additional fee.
how should I care for my printed apparel?
How you care for your printed apparel directly affects how long it will last. Be sure to wash it inside out with cold water. Tumble dry on cool. Failure to follow these instructions will diminish the life of the print and the garment.
How is payment handled?
We require a 50% deposit upfront prior to starting a project. We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.
what do I need to supply for artwork?
The artwork required depends on the printing process. Please email email@example.com with your questions.

Are special art files required for embroidery?
Yes! Your logo needs to be PROPERLY digitized as an embroidery file. We charge $35 for the digitization process. While we do accept embroidery files digitized by your third party, we cannot be responsible for the production quality due to the varying quality of embroidery files.
what's the largest sized area for embroidery?
The largest sewing area for embroidery is 18″ x 18″.
Can my print or embroidery item be personalized?
Absolutely! That is our specialty!
What size banner can you print?
We can print your banner in any size. Please note that some larger banners may require additional stitching of multiple panels in order to meet the ordered size.
will my vehicle vinyl lettering fade?
Although we use the best vinyl and ink products available, your print will slowly fade over time depending on how much exposure to the sun and other elements it receives. Your lettering should last 3-4 years with normal exposure.
what types of banner materials do you offer?
We offer a variety of banner materials including vinyl, vented vinyl, perforated vinyl, and polyester. All of the materials are available in various thicknesses.
